Optimism and Leadership

The nature emerges afresh every morning as if it had just taken the bath and dressed up serene. The birds start their day’s journey, the animals come out from the slumber and we all humans embark onto our day’s schedule. All this happens with a new optimism that there is going to be an added value to us at the end of the day.

Ambitions

Life without vision is a journey sans destination. Vision defines the purpose of life. Dreams and ambitions create vision. Vision is a factory where achievements are products. Commitment, confidence, consistency, courage, and character are the five elements that can achieve envisioned goals. Vision is the most important consideration for development of youth in to a force of great reckoning.

Let the flower in you bloom

Full bloomed flower attracts onlookers. If the same flower emit sweet fragrance it can attract even those who are not present in its immediate vicinity. Similarly, our look, physical appearance, ephemeral cosmetics and wealth attract people who are around us. But what makes us eternally attractive is our character, knowledge, compassion, righteousness, and uninhibited love to all living beings and nature. It is time that youth develop this kind of august personality and give birth to venerable progeny for world’s well being.

Hey Sea!

The tides by their nature touch the shore and go back to relax in serene. But the shore wants the tides to stay with it. Here the shore feels that it is the destination of the Sea and she should invariably consider this fact. Of course, the true destination of Sea is her depth.

Divine Soul and Blessings

These are the expressions of an individual who has been living and excelling in his life through several vicissitudes of time. During the course of his life journey, he happens to find a soul mate of his choice. His soul mate made quite a significant impact on his life with her impeccable conduct, intelligent intuitions and human flair.

Life is a beautiful journey

We may see the flower here and the radiant Sun above. Both are so vividly effusing light and power. Self is same. Self is blemishless. Self is shining. Self is powerful. Self is pure. Self is immune to worldly things. Self is the God. We the human beings are inviting greed and sorrow ignoring the self and invoking the actions suggested by mind. Self is the source for transcendental bliss and quintessential happiness.

Caravan and true souls

The need of the hour is to enlighten youth about this true spirituality which is mostly a non-religious form of disciplined living and which would nurture pure relationship, true love and eternal union of two souls into one. The world today needs such pure relationship among youth so that they could bring on to earth the true children of God. The true children would connote the progeny who would by birth endear the earth with perfect human flair and divine glow.

Droplets

The poem here is a metaphoric description for the aggrandized attitude of people around. We are eternally engaged in some action. Some of our actions produce considerable results beyond the envisioned inferences. The rest of the actions prove our performance to be decimal. We tend to ignore the failure and feel aggrandized at the seldom achievements. This is like 80-20 Pareto Principle. 80% of results come from 20% of actions. The poem relates this phenomenon to the droplets that we commonly find in the nature.

Shackles of culture

The world is manifestation of several cultures, contradictions and so many contrasts. Centuries passed. Generations went into oblivion. Many religions and cultures took birth. There has been a compounding breakage of human fabric into sects, castes, creed and regional identities. People speak about their rights sans responsibility. Spirituality is driven by fear. Money replacing blood. Relationship has evolved to be a commodity. Human beings have emerged to be consumers than the individual entities who follow scripture driven or conscious driven conduct.
